Smokey Haze In Osoyoos (18x18”)

Smokey, haze filled skies pierced by the hope filled rays of a setting sun. 

This piece is my interpretation of a  memory over Osoyoos Lake, driving through the smoke and ash and seeing where fires seemed to pop up out of nowhere. A frightening but beautiful vision.

Osoyoos is a town located in the Okanagan region of British Columbia, Canada and is surrounded by mountains, desert and vineyards.
